Frequently Asked Questions
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets will go on sale September __ at 12pm. Click the "Buy Tickets" link above to take you to our online store. Be sure to download the mandatory trip waiver and turn it in to the ASuop office before Thursday, September 28th at 5pm.
How much do tickets cost?
Tickets are $30 each.
What does my ticket purchase include?
A ticket purchase includes one entry to the game and transportation to and from AT&T Park. All other expenses are up to the individual.
What should participants do about food?
Participants have the option of bringing food onto the bus. Please refer to the AT&T Park website for questions regarding policies at the ballpark.
How long is the game?
Depends on how long the game goes. We have estimated approximately 3 hours.
Where do we meet for the trip?
We will meet at burns tower at 9:00am.
What time will we get back to the campus?
We will get back to campus around 6:30pm. Please note this depends on the length of game, and traffic back to campus. Bus departure from AT&T Park will be approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of the game.
What should I wear to the game?
Since the game is in San Francisco along the waterfront, it is HIGHLY recommended to bring a sweater or jacket, and wear long pants.
If we purchase tickets through ASuop, is it required to use the provided transportation?
No, it is not required to use the provided transportation. You will have the option to opt out of riding the bus. Please note that you will still be required to fill out the waiver in order to receive your tickets. You may pick up your tickets beginning Thursday, September 28th, in the ASuop office.
Can I purchase tickets for friends and family?
No, tickets are only available to current Pacific students who pay the ASuop fee. Tickets are limited to one (1) per student.
Can alumni purchase tickets through ASuop?
No, tickets are only available to current Pacific students who pay the ASuop fee.
Is it possible to get a refund on my ticket if I can no longer attend?
No, tickets are final sale. If you can no longer attend the excursion, you are able to transfer your ticket to a current Pacific student. However, you are responsible for handling the details, and notifying ASuop of the transfer.
What if it's SOLD OUT and I want to go?
We will have a waitlist, incase a student is unable to attend and doesn't know anyone that wants the ticket. To get on the waitlist, please email ASuopAE@pacific.edu. They will be listed in the order in which we receive the requests.
