Club and Organization Event Planning

The ASuop Student Activities Center provides resources for student club and organizations to plan and schedule all meetings and events.  

Planning an event?  Here are the steps to make it happen

  1. Get a campus location with the scheduling desk- located in the ASuop Student Activities Office.
  2. Register your event through the events tab here is OrgSync.  Its an electronic form- you need to  detail out all the things that will happen at your event, and provide a 1-5 sentence blurb for the calendar once its approved.
  3. Set up a meeting with the Student Activities Office to complete your registration process (email Jennifer at jlow@pacific.edu).  This is where you confirm event policies are assigned security, discuss room layout, and detail catering and food handling as needed (this must be completed no less than 14 days prior to event)
  4. Once your event is approved you can advertise and host your event.
